For your safety, never close the ventilation openings that provide air flow in case of any gas leakage.

Do not neglect the periodic maintenance of your devices and the cleaning of chimneys.

Never intervene tamper with natural gas installation and devices yourself, and do not allow uncertified and unqualified persons to perform any actions on them. Inform the natural gas distribution company about any intervention to be made.

Incorrect electrical installation grounding may pose a hazard to the natural gas installation. For this reason, have your building's electrical installation checked regularly every year.

Inform the distribution company when you encounter a suspicious situation, since it is forbidden to perform excavation on streets with natural gas lines without permission.

Never close the natural gas chimney and do not forget to inform the natural gas distribution company about any changes and interventions made in the environments where natural gas burning devices are located.
