INDIVIDUAL:

• Submission of the identity card of the title deed owner (it must have the TR Identity Number on it.) If individual is foreign national; Passport/Blue Card/Temporary Housing Card,
• Subscriber Connection Procedure Information Declaration Form (to be filled in at the distribution company during the application process),
• Power of Attorney (Required if someone other than the title deed owner comes for subscription.)

CENTRAL
For Central System subscription, in addition to above-mentioned documents,

• Copy of the notarised minutes book, which certifies that apartment owners authorised the individual to draw up a contract,
• Decisions registered in the minute book for more than 8 flats, the petition signed by condominium owners for less than 8 flats,
• Tax number of management

If the contract is drawn up by the third parties, in addition to above-mentioned documents, copy of the notarised power of attorney (power of attorney must be complete or for natural gas subscription and contract procedures)

• The applicant visits the natural gas distribution company with the application documents and signs the Connection Agreement.

Subscriber Connection Charge
It is the non-refundable fee received from the flat owner for once, in order for the natural gas distribution company to provide the most comprehensive natural gas service. This fee is collected only once during the connection agreement process and each subscription is registered with a unique subscriber reference number.

Subscriber Connection Fee determined for the year 2025 for individual and central uses: 2025 is:
200 m²'a kadar 6154 TL + %20 KDV = 7384,8 TL + Damga Vergisi,
200 m²'den sonraki her 100 m² için 5353 TL + %20 KDV = 6423,6 TL + Damga Vergisi ilave olarak alınacaktır.

* Connection fee of all apartments must be paid in order to switch to central heating system.

Selection of the Supplier Company and Gas Installation

DISTRIBUTION COMPANY certifies only the applicant companies, which meet the requirements specified in the Natural Gas Market law No. 4646 and the legislation enforced by Energy Market Regulatory Authority.
Subscribers are obliged to negotiate with the certified companies, select the company that is most eligible for them and draw up an OFFICIAL contract with this company. As per the provisions of the legislation, companies, which are not certified are prohibited from performing interior installation works.
In the contract you draw up with the interior installation company, make sure that the distribution company will perform an audit to confirm that the interior installation i  eligible for gas supply after installation works, and the contract includes articles which protect your rights regarding delays in opening the gas which result from the defects in the installation.
This company will,

• Draw the project of the subscribers,
• Submit the finalized project to the approval of NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTIONCOMPANY,
• Take out all the occupational liability and installation all-risk insurance policies within the scope of the official contract drawn up with the subscriber (for a period of at least one (1) year) and submit the documents to AKSA DOĞALGAZ DISTRUBTION COMPANY,
• Make the installation,
• Assemble the device,
• Have the NATURAL GAS DISTRUBTION COMPANY check the installation,
• Receive the certificate of conformity for the installation from NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION COMPANY.
• When the installation company is selected, make sure that the company has the installation company certificate received from NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION COMPANY, the company has at least one ENGINEER, one WELDER and GAS INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN and they all have certificate of competency.

(Certified companies are approved by Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) with their Construction and Service Certificate, and you can have access to these companies from the link http://www.epdk.gov.tr/index.php/dogalgaz-piyasasi/sertifikalar.

• Subscription number of the location, for which the contract is to be drawn up,
• Copy of the identity card of the person who will draw up the contract (an identity with the T.R. ID No. must be submitted, not those without T.R. ID No.)
• Information declaration for the contract procedure (to be filled out by the distribution company during application process)
• If the contract is drawn up by the third parties, in addition to above-mentioned documents, copy of the notarised power of attorney (power of attorney must be complete or for natural gas subscription and contract procedures)

For Central System Natural Gas Use Contract, in addition to above-mentioned documents,

• Copy of the notarised minutes book, which certifies that apartment owners authorised the individual to draw up a contract,
• Tax number of management

Natural Gas Use Contract Documents for Foreign National Customers:

• Passport/Blur Card / Temporary Residence card Check (Validity of this document must be checked by the regional authority.)
• Residence Permit Certificate (Issued by Provincial Foreigner’s Department or District Police Department for Foreigners)
• Power of Attorney to be Received from the Third Person who applies for Drawing up contract on behalf of the Subscriber

• After the installation is completed, the natural gas user visits the natural gas distribution company with the documents required for the contract, signs the Natural Gas Subscription Contract and pays the Security Deposit. This contract is drawn up by the person who will use the natural gas.
  Note: Meter installation is done after natural Gas Contract is signed and Security Deposit is paid.
  Security deposit determined by EMRA (Energy Market Regulatory Authority) for the year 2024, which excludes the Stamp Duty, to be paid by the person residing in the apartment, and which is refunded when the contract is terminated.

In Central Systems, for areas, the Number of Independent Sections is calculated as 1 for areas up to 200 m2, and 1 Independent Section is added for each additional 100 m2.

After subscription contract is drawn up, ask the installation company to make an appointment from the distribution company for gas opening. After distribution company’s authorised representative issues the approval and certificate of conformity for you r installation, devices must be commissioned by authorised services (information related to the usage of devices are conveyed to you by the service personnel). For this purpose, you must get into contact with the nearest authorised service and request an appointment. Note that the the device will be considered outside of warranty scope if it is commissioned by any person or company other than the authorised service
Supplying gas to the Installation
Subscribers must get an appointment from NATURAL GAS DISTRUBUTION COMPANY through the installation company. Gas opening procedures must be carried out under the supervision of NATURAL GAS DISTRUBUTION COMPANY personnel, authorised representative of the installation company and authorised service personnel of the device as a safety and warranty obligation that is foreseen in the legislation

You can learn whether  your street is included to the investment plan of the DISTRIBUTION COMPANY by getting into contact with REGIONAL Customer Services via phone or in person, and if your street is included to the investment plan, you can apply with the above-mentioned documents and become a subscriber.
