Information Security Policy

The aim of Information Security Management System (ISMS) Policy is to convey the understanding of Kazancı Holding and group companies with regard to the principles of ISMS for the companies, locations, assets, processes and personnel specified in the “ISMS Scope Document” in line with the strategies of the company, recording the objectives of ISMS, and share all the actions that must be taken for the due implementation of this understanding.

Kazancı Holding, whose foundations were laid in the 1950s, has always been based on the principles of customer satisfaction and trust in its journey of more than half a century, thereby becoming one of the leading companies in the energy sector with services in natural gas distribution, energy production and electricity sales. The Group makes significant contributions to the Turkish economy with its investments in the energy fields, the taxes it pays and the employment opportunities it creates.

Our company performs access controls and takes all the security measures in accordance with the developing technologies, the know-how principles and applicable legal regulations. The company implements an information security risk management system, which achieves a balance in in managing risks and measures with regards to information assets by taking into account all the information security threats. Within this framework, our information security objectives are;

• Achieving information security and standardization in the management of all processes,
• 2nd Maximizing the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of all data processed in the company,
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and contracts.
