Selection and Placement
Our main goal is to attract potential candidates needed for our company in line with our strategic planning and long-term goals, to conduct the selection process fairly and without discrimination, and to place individuals in positions that match their experience and competencies. This system is managed professionally. Applications are evaluated by our Human Resources Department based on the candidates' competencies. In competency-based interviews, we seek fundamental competencies such as self-improvement, relationship management, collaboration, process orientation, and result orientation at various levels, as well as managerial competencies like leadership, goal-oriented management, openness to change and innovation, and strategic planning. In addition to competency-based interviews, we use various assessment center inventories during the recruitment process. Candidates who pass the initial evaluation by our Human Resources Department are further assessed by relevant department managers for technical competency. We select candidates who are customer-oriented, open to learning and change, follow technology and innovations, and adapt well to multicultural environments and teamwork. Once the evaluations are complete, we confirm the validity of the candidate's application for the intended position, provide a brief job preview, make a job offer, and proceed with the hiring process if the offer is accepted. For successful candidates, we share documents and information that facilitate their orientation process before they officially start, ensuring a smooth adaptation to the job.
Training and Development
Our corporate vision requires us to equip our employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the future, enabling them to proactively adapt to changes and developments while contributing to themselves and the company through relevant training programs. To continually improve our organization and maintain a learning culture, we offer various learning, training, and development opportunities tailored to our employees' goals, professional needs, and personal growth. At Aksa Natural Gas, we support each employee with planned and continuous training from their first day. The training process begins with an Orientation Program designed to familiarize new employees with our company, their job responsibilities, and necessary information for a smooth transition.

Throughout their employment, we provide training programs aligned with our employees' job requirements, personal development needs, and career plans. Employees who meet the promotion criteria through training programs and those assigned to new roles due to organizational changes receive priority support.

Launched in 2020, our online training platform, Aksa Academy, is accessible 24/7 to all employees. Through Aksa Academy, employees can gain knowledge, earn points, and win surprise rewards by attending courses and reading articles on various topics.
Performance Management
To ensure all our companies achieve strategic goals and high-performance standards, we track and measure both corporate and individual efforts and successes through our "Performance Evaluation" system. We conduct performance evaluations annually and reward high-performing employees every year.
