Ayhan Çakmak graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering. Between 1995 and 2002, he worked as a company partner in the heating, cooling, mechanical installation, and natural gas conversion contracting sector. From 2002 to 2006, he worked as a Technical Manager in the LPG distribution sector. In 2006, he joined Aksa Natural Gas Distribution Co. as a Measurement Control Chief. Currently, Çakmak continues his role as the Manager of Dispatch Control and Measurement Operations.

Berfu Türkay, a graduate with a scholarship from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Çankaya University, began her career in 2011 as a Project Planning Specialist at Enerya Enerji A.Ş. Until 2021, she served sequentially as a Business Development Specialist and Business Development Manager, and between 2021 and 2024, she worked as the Strategic Planning Manager for Tariffs and Investments in the Natural Gas Business Unit at SOCAR Turkey A.Ş. In 2024, Türkay joined Aksa Doğalgaz and is currently serving as the Distribution Tariff Planning Manager.

Ece Bilir Sarıoğlu graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Statistics. She began her professional career in the banking sector at Türk Ekonomi Bankası before completing her degree. After gaining two years of experience, she joined Aksa Natural Gas Distribution Co. in 2011 as a Forecasting and Reporting Analyst. Between 2012 and 2016, she served as a Trade Specialist, and from 2016 to 2019, she worked as a Trade and Operations Supervisor. Since January 2019, Ece Bilir Sarıoğlu has been serving as the Trade and Operations Manager at Aksa Natural Gas Distribution Co.

Efdal Doğantimur graduated from Sakarya University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. He began his professional career in 2014 as a Production Engineer at Uzdur Çelik A.Ş. In 2015, he joined Aksa Natural Gas Distribution Co. as an Industrial Installation Control Engineer. After serving as the Industrial Installation Control Chief, he was appointed as the Internal Installation Manager in July 2019.

Ela Demirtaş completed her undergraduate studies in 2011 at Uludağ University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. She later earned her master's degree in 2017 from Istanbul University, specializing in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management.

She began her professional career in 2011 as an Assistant Human Resources Specialist in the textile division of Özak Global Holding.

Within the same group, she was promoted to Human Resources Specialist in 2013 and later became a Human Resources Manager in 2018.

In 2021, she joined Aksa Natural Gas Distribution Co. as a Human Resources Manager. Since March 2022, she has been serving as the Human Resources Director.

After completing his high school education at Kabataş Erkek Lisesi, Ertunç Eriçok graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Economics, and earned a master's degree in Finance from Beykent University. He began his professional career in 2013 at Aksa Natural Gas Distribution Co. as an Accounting Specialist. He later took on roles as a Financial Control and Planning Specialist and a Financial Control and Planning Supervisor. Since 2022, he has been serving as the Financial Control and Planning Manager. Ertunç Eriçok holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from TÜRMOB and a Capital Markets Activities License from the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK).

Hanife Hülya Olğun graduated from Yıldız Technical University with degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration. She began her professional career between 2006 and 2011 at Koçak Petrol Ürünleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş., a company in the petroleum products sector, where she served as Product Development Specialist and later as Product Development Manager. Between 2011 and 2012, Olğun worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at the American-based packaging company GREIF FPS. From 2012 to 2014, she held the position of Quality Manager at SUNVISION Ambalaj San. ve Tic. A.Ş., operating in the same sector. Between 2014 and 2023, Olğun worked under Akkök Holding at Akenerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., where she held positions as Management Systems Specialist, Senior Management Systems Specialist, and Management Systems Manager. In 2023, she joined Aksa Doğalgaz as the Integrated Management Systems and Business Processes Manager.

Ömer Gümüş completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Finance at Marmara University in 2010 and earned his master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Istanbul University in 2013. He began his professional career in 2011 at YKM Retail as an Assistant Specialist in Supply Chain and Retail Operations. From 2013 onwards, he worked at Boyner Büyük Mağazacılık, where he held roles as a Specialist in Stock and Warehouse Operations and later as a Manager in Supply Chain Solutions. In December 2016, he joined Kazancı Holding’s Supply Chain Directorate and started working in Aksa Natural Gas Distribution Co.'s Stock Control and Material Planning Management department as a Supervisor. Since February 2019, Ömer Gümüş has been serving as the Stock Control and Material Planning Manager.

Özlem Coşkun graduated with a scholarship from Istanbul Bilgi University, earning degrees in Business Administration and Psychology. She completed her master's degree in Accounting and Finance at Marmara University. Coşkun started her professional career between 2009 and 2014 as a Budget and Reporting Specialist at a retail company under Empik Group. She then worked at Akenerji, a subsidiary of Akkök Holding, from 2014 to 2022, where she held positions as Senior Budget and Control Specialist and Budget and Control Manager. In 2022, she joined Aksa Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. as the Budget and Reporting Manager.

Selin Samuk graduated from Marmara University with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising. She began her professional career in 2012, even before graduating, as a Digital Communication Specialist at Mitoz Digital Communication Agency. In 2014, she joined Memorial Health Group as a Social Media and Web Content Specialist. Since joining Aksa Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. in 2016, she has held positions as Digital Marketing Specialist and Marketing & Corporate Communications Supervisor. As of 2023, she continues her career as the Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager.

Tevfik Alibey graduated from Uludağ University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. He began his professional career in 2003 as a Maintenance Engineer in the textile sector. Later, he worked as a Sales Engineer in the automotive sector. In 2005, he joined Aksa Trakya Natural Gas Distribution Co. as a Maintenance Chief. In 2010, he was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor and started working in the Istanbul headquarters under the General Directorate of Technical Services at Aksa Natural Gas Distribution Co. Since 2018, Tevfik Alibey has been serving as the Maintenance Planning and Support Manager.

Ufuk Sağlam graduated from Ankara Gazi University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. He began his professional career in 2004 at Aksaray Natural Gas Distribution Co. He then worked in various natural gas distribution companies across Kars, Sarıkamış, Ardahan, Konya, and Nevşehir, holding roles such as Construction Chief, Internal Installation Chief, Operations Chief, and Maintenance Chief. In 2010, he worked in Libya as a Mechanical Installation Chief in hospital construction projects. Between 2011 and 2013, he was involved in defense industry projects. In 2013, he joined Aksa Trakya Natural Gas Distribution Co., where he worked in construction and operations. In 2016, he moved to Aksa Natural Gas Distribution Co. General Directorate as a Mechanical Assembly Chief. Since early 2020, Ufuk Sağlam has been serving as the Mechanical Assembly Manager.

Kutay Haliloğlu graduated from Dokuz Eylül University with a degree in Business Administration and later completed his master's degree in Financial Economics at Galatasaray University. He began his professional career in 2013 at QNB as a Commercial Banking Assistant Specialist as part of the Sales Manager Training Program. He subsequently held roles as Commercial Banking Specialist and Assistant Commercial Banking Manager. After serving as a portfolio manager for multinational, corporate, and commercial firms with the title of Assistant Manager, he worked as a Finance Manager at TAB GIDA SAN ve TİC A.Ş. from 2021 to 2024. In December 2024, Haliloğlu joined Aksa Doğalgaz as Finance Manager.

After completing his education at Kocaeli University, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2015, Volkan Dalakçı started his professional career in December 2016 as an Automation Engineer at Aksa Natural Gas Distribution Co. In June 2019, he was promoted to Automation Chief, and since April 2022, he has been serving as the Automation Manager.
