Having completed his master's degree in Chemical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, Şinasi Gölbaşı began his professional career in 2004 as a Measurement Engineer at Aksa Doğalgaz, subsequently taking on the roles of Gas Control Supervisor and Operations Manager. Managing the Natural Gas Wholesale business line from 2007—when wholesale sales were liberalized in Türkiye—until 2020, Gölbaşı was appointed Gas Dispatch and Trade Director in 2016. Responsible for supply and retail sales, customer processes, measurement, automation, and dispatch control operations, Gölbaşı was appointed Aksa Doğalgaz Executive Board Member in 2023 and Aksa Doğalgaz Vice President of Retail Trade and Customer Operations in 2024. As of 2026, in addition to his current duties, Gölbaşı continues his career as Vice President and Board Member responsible for managing Aksa Bursa Doğalgaz.

A graduate of Selçuk University, Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering, Çağdaş Adıbelli completed his master's degree on Natural Gas Pipeline Measurements at Samsun 19 Mayıs University and his MBA in Business Administration at Çanakkale 18 Mart University. Between 2004 and 2007, he worked for three years as a Field Engineer and Site Supervisor at Kaplan Harita Inc. In 2007, he joined Aksa Tokat-Amasya Natural Gas as Chief of Surveying and GIS, and served as Construction and Operations Chief from 2010 to 2016, and as Operations Manager from 2016 to 2018. After serving as Company Director of Aksa Çanakkale Natural Gas from 2019 to 2025, he has been serving as Company Director of Aksa Bursa Natural Gas as of 2025.

A graduate of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University's Department of Surveying Engineering, Mustafa Anıl Çabuk is pursuing his master's degree at the same university and continuing his thesis on Modeling Energy Lines Using Geodetic Survey Methods and Analysis in a GIS Environment. Serving as Project Coordinator on the Turkcell Superonline Fiber Infrastructure GPON project in 2018–2019, Çabuk joined Aksa Çanakkale Doğalgaz in 2019 and successively worked as Surveying Engineer, Survey and Project Supervisor, Technical Office Supervisor, and Technical Office Manager. As of 2025, Çabuk continues as Aksa Bursa Doğalgaz Technical Office Manager.

A graduate of Fırat University's Department of Mechanical Engineering, İsmail Durüç served as project manager and site supervisor on BOTAŞ natural gas high-pressure and urban distribution projects in provinces such as Bursa, Sakarya, Yalova, and İzmit between 2007 and 2013. İsmail Durüç also worked within Bursagaz between 2014 and 2018, taking on project management of the Bursa–İznik district BOTAŞ Natural Gas High-Pressure Connection Line and Urban Distribution Project. Also serving as Investment Supervisor at Aksa Elazığ Doğalgaz in 2018, Durüç served as consultant firm project manager in 2019 on the BOTAŞ Natural Gas High-Pressure Connection Transmission Line Project covering Bursagaz's Keles, Orhaneli, Harmancık, and Büyükorhan districts. Serving as natural gas unit lead at Bursa Organized Industrial Zone Directorate between 2024 and 2026, Durüç has continued as Aksa Bursa Doğalgaz Network Operations Manager as of May 2026.
