Gas supply activation under a renewed agreement refers to the installation inspection and gas supply activation carried out after a new natural gas supply agreement has been entered into in the name of a new user at premises where the previous natural gas supply agreement was terminated and the gas supply subsequently suspended.
Our technical teams will carry out compliance inspections of the natural gas installation completed by a certified installation company at the premises covered by your natural gas supply agreement. To ensure the safe activation of your natural gas supply, you must be present at the premises during the date and time window communicated to you by our teams.
As part of this process, the distribution company checks the internal installation for compliance with the requirements for natural gas use and applicable safety requirements. If no deficiencies or non-compliances are identified, a certificate of compliance is issued and the natural gas supply is activated.
If there are any deficiencies in your natural gas installation, please review the following requirements and arrange for your certified installation company to complete the necessary work before your gas supply activation appointment, ensuring that your installation is ready for inspection.
For your safety, natural gas supply cannot be activated if any deficiencies or non-compliance with applicable regulations are identified.
If there is no ventilation opening, one must be installed and must never be blocked.
Your natural gas installation must not differ from the approved project.
