A graduate of Selçuk University's Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering, Seçkin Odabaşı completed his master's degrees in Surveying Engineering at Konya Technical University and in Business Administration at FMV Işık University. He entered the natural gas distribution sector in 2004 at Enerya Gaz Dağıtım A.Ş., successively holding the positions of Project Specialist, Project Supervisor, and Project Manager. In 2010, he joined Aksa Doğalgaz as Strategic Planning and Tariffs Manager. Serving as Distribution Tariffs and Planning Director between 2016 and 2024, Odabaşı oversaw project design, planning, inventory management, investment processes, geographic information systems, tariff management, financial control, budget, and reporting functions. Appointed Vice President responsible for Planning and Investment Operations in 2024, Odabaşı's scope of responsibility was expanded as of 2026, and he was appointed Vice President responsible for Planning, Investment, and Technical Operations. He is an Aksa Doğalgaz Distribution Group Executive Board Member and a Board Member of group companies, and also manages Aksa Kayseri Doğalgaz. Between 2014 and 2026, he served as Chair of the Tariffs Commission of the Association of Natural Gas Distributors of Türkiye (GAZBİR). Since 2022, he has continued his sectoral work as a Member of the Association's Audit Board. Holding an Angel Investor License, Odabaşı contributes to the development of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Türkiye.

A graduate of Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Erol Yavuz also completed his master's degree in economics. He worked for 6 years as a Mechanical Engineer at Katre Engineering Ltd. from 2001 to 2006. He joined Aksa Karadeniz Natural Gas in 2007 and served as Installation Inspection Chief, Operations Chief, and Branch Chief, respectively. He served as Rize Operations Manager between 2016 and 2018. After working as Company Director of Aksa Gümüşhane Bayburt Natural Gas from 2019 to 2025, he has been serving as Company Director of Aksa Kayseri Natural Gas as of 2025.
