Alper Konyalı graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Energy. He started his professional career in 1986 at VM Engineering as a Worksite Manager. In 1989, he joined İGDAŞ (Istanbul Gas Distribution Company) as Construction Control Supervisor, later serving as Construction Control Manager and Advisor to the General Manager at the same company. At İGDAŞ, his work focused mainly on improving and reorganizing investment processes, preparing corporate strategic plans, and establishing the materials management system. In 2007, he joined Aksa Doğalgaz as General Manager. He chaired the GAZBİR Occupational Standard Designation Commissions under the Vocational Qualifications Authority. He currently serves as Vice President at Aksa Doğalgaz, Group General Manager of the 18 natural gas distribution companies that report to him, and as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

A graduate of Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Surveying Engineering, Ayaydın started his career in 1993 as a Site Supervisor at Hasdemir Construction. He worked as an Engineer at Istanbul Gas Distribution Inc. (İGDAŞ) from 1997 to 2006. While serving as Construction and Operations Chief at Aksa Balıkesir Natural Gas from 2006 to 2007, he also worked as Acting Operations Manager at Aksa Çanakkale Natural Gas during the same period. From 2007 to 2012, he served as Regional Manager at Aksa Karadeniz Natural Gas and Aksa Gümüşhane-Bayburt Natural Gas. After working as Company Director at Aksa Afyon Natural Gas Distribution Inc. from 2012 to 2013, he has been serving as Company Director at Aksa Karadeniz Natural Gas since 2013.

A graduate of Karadeniz Technical University's Department of Civil Engineering, Hasan Koç worked as Progress Payment Engineer, Field Engineer, and Site Supervisor on natural gas infrastructure investments at companies within Hektaş Group between 2002 and 2006, and as Site Supervisor at Özbingül between 2007 and 2008. Serving as Investment Supervisor at Aksa Karadeniz Doğalgaz between 2009 and 2020, Koç has continued as Trabzon Operations Manager since 2021.

A graduate of Karadeniz Technical University's Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering, Burak Adanur joined Aksa Karadeniz Doğalgaz as a Surveying Engineer in 2009. Serving as Surveying Engineer between 2009 and 2013 and as Survey and Project Supervisor between 2014 and 2016, Adanur worked as Operations Supervisor in 2017–2018. Serving as Operations Manager between 2019 and 2024, Adanur has continued as Aksa Karadeniz Doğalgaz Technical Office Manager since 2025.

A graduate of Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Geological Engineering, Dilek Kalaycıoğlu began her professional career in 2004 as Service Support Specialist at Vestel Dayanıklı Tüketim Malları A.Ş. Serving as Tender Manager at GE Healthcare in 2006, Kalaycıoğlu managed the medical device procurement tender processes of public institutions. Kalaycıoğlu served as Sales and Tender Manager at Endoskopi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. in 2009. Turning to the tourism sector in 2011, Kalaycıoğlu primarily took on Sales and Marketing Manager, Front Office Manager, and F&B Manager roles in that sector. Serving as F&M Manager at Tekirdağ Ramada Hotel in 2018, Kalaycıoğlu continued her career as Sales and Marketing Manager at Trabzon Saylamlar Hotel in 2019 due to a change of city. Beginning as Customer Services Supervisor at Aksa Karadeniz Doğalgaz in 2021, Kalaycıoğlu has continued as Customer Services Manager since 2024.
