In this direction, by making the necessary investments by 2030, the Company aims to increase network length by 57 percent, grow the subscriber base by 66 percent, and expand natural gas distribution volume by 78 percent. It also makes a difference in the sector with its environmentally valuable work, artificial intelligence-supported customer experience solutions, and accessibility projects.

Aksa Natural Gas evaluated its 2024 developments and 2025 targets at a two-day strategy meeting under the leadership of the senior management of Kazanci Holding and Aksa Natural Gas. At the meeting held under the theme "We Are Just Getting Started," practices guiding the sector, projects, systematic operational steps, and gains were discussed, the 2025 roadmap was formed, and long-term 2030 targets were shared.

Enriching the value it offers with strategic investments

Reaching revenue of TL 49.8 billion in 2023, the Company, together with the TL 5.7 billion investment made in the same period, raised its total investment amount to approximately TL 60 billion at today's value. Exceeding the 2025 strategic targets set in 2015 with its strong advances, Aksa Natural Gas both updated these targets and announced the new investment plans it will carry out through 2030. Stating that with these investments they will continue to expand the boundaries of their development and innovation-focused service network, Aksa Natural Gas Chairman of the Board Yasar Arslan said, "I say with pride that we are a pioneering company that progresses by drawing strength from Kazanci Holding's experience and know-how spanning more than half a century.

Since the first day we were established, we have woven our services like lace by understanding well the geographical differences, expectations, and conditions of our provinces. That is why our roadmap is rock solid. We grow without stopping and continue to be a role model in our sector. As of today, we safely deliver natural gas to more than 5 million subscribers with our 175 offices and more than 4 thousand 500 employees across 27 provincial centers and 306 districts and towns within the borders of 31 provinces. Our natural gas distribution network has exceeded 45 thousand kilometers. We continuously optimize our operational practices and strong steps with various improvements, and we always aim for better. Every day we develop and as we develop we grow further, serving our country's development. Our dedication has gained us important experience, and with our experience we became leaders. We are enthusiastic and determined to carry this flag even further."

2030 strategic targets: Strong investment, sustainable growth

Aksa Natural Gas progresses with Kazanci Holding's strategic vision and invests in sustainable high growth, globalization, and institutionalization in line with its 2030 targets. In this scope, Aksa Natural Gas will take value-creating steps both in Turkey and in overseas markets. Thanks to these investments, the company will also expand its service network. By 2030, the Company aims to increase its network size by 57 percent from 45,478 kilometers to 70 thousand kilometers and to bring its subscriber base by 66 percent from 5 million to 8.2 million.

It envisages raising its revenue, which is today at the level of USD 1.7 billion, to USD 3.1 billion.

More effective customer experience with artificial intelligence

Drawing attention to the fact that the success they create in their service areas is an indicator of sustainable business strategies and excellent customer experience goals, Arslan said, "As we progress toward our strategic targets, we focus on next-generation technology investments. Together with the artificial intelligence-based solutions we have commissioned, we continuously measure the customer experience journey at all our touchpoints and provide our subscribers with a more effective and richer customer experience. Advancing with the principle of social equality, we produce proactive solutions. With our 'Barrier-Free Aksa' project, we configured our website specifically for our visually and hearing impaired subscribers in accordance with accessibility standards, and we eliminated all barriers to accessing information."

"We work for lush green tomorrows"

Drawing attention to the fact that with the important advances and successes they achieved in 2024 they have formed a strong foundation for future period targets, Arslan continued: "While offering the best to our customers, we also treat observing our environmental impacts as a fundamental responsibility in order to reach natural and clean tomorrows. We work for a sustainable world, for lush green tomorrows. After successfully completing our Carbon Emission Calculation and Reduction project, which we implemented to identify greenhouse gas sources and to bring carbon emissions under control and reduce them, in our Trabzon-Rory region, we moved in the second phase to roll it out across all of our regions. We successfully completed the carbon footprint calculation for the 2023 activity year of our 21 regions. For a sustainable world, for lush green tomorrows, we say 'We Are Just Getting Started.'"
