Serving Turkey's widest geographical distribution area with more than 20 years of experience, Aksa Natural Gas strengthened its leadership position in the natural gas sector by acquiring the natural gas distribution companies operating in Bursa and Kayseri. With the completion of the acquisition process conducted with SOCAR Turkey, Aksa Natural Gas became Turkey's largest natural gas distribution company while also ranking fourth among Europe's largest natural gas distribution companies.

Sharing that with the acquisitions they will provide natural gas distribution service in 29 provincial centers within the borders of 32 provinces, Aksa Natural Gas Chairman of the Board Yasar Arslan said, "As Turkey's largest natural gas distribution company, we increased our license count from 21 to 23. As of today, we supply gas to 327 districts and towns. Our network length increased by 31 percent to 62 thousand kilometers, and our subscriber base increased by 36 percent to 7.3 million. The annual amount of natural gas we distribute rose by 27 percent to 13.3 billion cubic meters. We will continue to provide natural gas to both of our cities that have joined our operations network safely and uninterrupted with our principle of high customer satisfaction. Recently, according to the Turkey Reputation Index Survey, we were deemed worthy of the title 'Most Reputable Brand in the Energy Sector.' This meaningful award is quite important in reflecting our strong bond with our subscribers and the value we attach to customer satisfaction. Drawing strength from Kazanci Holding's knowledge and experience spanning more than half a century, we will continue to deepen our contribution to the energy future of our country and our world with the work we carry out."

Stating that they set the bar highest when determining their 2030 Strategic Targets, Arslan said, "With this important development we reached our targets; the physical sizes formed after the acquisition will also create significant momentum in our financial indicators. Evaluating our 2030 targets with our current indicators, we will continue on our path with new and strong targets."

Carrying out its activities saying "Cities Breathe with Natural Gas," Aksa Natural Gas improves air quality in the regions it serves, production costs decrease with natural gas, and industrialization accelerates. The direct and indirect employment to which the company contributes also increases every day.
