A graduate of Mustafa Kemal University's Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sertaç Uraz began his career in the natural gas distribution sector in 2004 as Project Design Supervisor at Kent Doğalgaz Mühendislik. Having founded his own company in 2006, Uraz joined Aksa Doğalgaz Distribution Group in 2010. Serving as Aksa Malatya Doğalgaz Company Manager between 2012 and 2019 and appointed Aksa Doğalgaz Çukurova Group Director as of 2019, Uraz has been an Aksa Doğalgaz Distribution Group Executive Board Member since 2023 and was appointed Vice President of Group 2 as of 2024. In his new role, Uraz assumes management of the Siirt, Batman, Şanlıurfa, Düzce, and Karadeniz Ereğli natural gas distribution regions in addition to the Adana, Mersin, Hatay, and Osmaniye regions.

Adnan Doğan graduated from Gaziantep University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2012. He started his career in the same year as an Indoor Installation Inspection Engineer at Aksa Siirt Batman Natural Gas. From 2013 to 2014, he worked as a Site Supervisor at Setyol Machinery Inc., and from 2014 to 2021, he served as Project Manager at Arz Engineering, Contracting and Consultancy. Having completed his master's degree at Batman University, Faculty of Engineering in 2019, Doğan rejoined Aksa Siirt Batman Natural Gas Distribution Inc. as Siirt Operations Chief in 2021. As of 2025, he continues to serve as Company Director.

Having completed his undergraduate studies at Fırat University Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, and his master's degree in the Thermodynamics Division at Batman University, Veysel Ozan began his career in 2010 as Diyarbakır Regional Sales Engineer at Emas Makina Sanayi A.Ş. Ozan joined Aksa Siirt Batman Doğalgaz as Operations Engineer in 2012. Obtaining his Class C Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate in 2016, Ozan completed the International ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, Quality Engineering, and Management programs at Istanbul Commerce University in 2022. Serving as Operations Supervisor at Aksa Siirt Batman Doğalgaz between 2014 and 2025, Ozan has continued as Batman Operations Manager as of 2025.

A graduate of Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Technical Education, Department of Mechanical Education – Installation Teaching, Mehmet Oyğur began his professional career between 2007 and 2009 working on natural gas and heating installation contracting at Aktif Yapı San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. Joining Aksa Şanlıurfa Doğalgaz as Siverek Operations Lead in 2010, Oyğur successively served as Construction Operations Lead and as Branch Supervisor for Siverek, Birecik, and Halfeti. As of 2025, Oyğur continues as Aksa Siirt Batman Doğalgaz Siirt Operations Manager.
