Arzu Ünal graduated from Osmangazi University with a degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. In 2002, she worked as a Lecturer in the Welding Technology Department at Ankara University Vocational School. In 2004, Ünal completed her master’s degree in the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at Osmangazi University. Between 2004 and 2006, she worked as a Sales Engineer. From 2006 to 2025, she held various positions at Aksa Bilecik Bolu Doğalgaz, including Integrated Management Systems Specialist, Customer Services and Metering & Billing Chief, Bilecik Operations Manager, and Operations Systems Manager. As of 2026, Ünal continues to serve as the Company Manager.
