A graduate of Mustafa Kemal University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Serhat Kasapoğlu completed his master's degree in Business Administration at Çukurova University, Institute of Social Sciences. He worked as a Production Engineer and Quality Assurance System Engineer in the automotive sector until 2003. In 2005, he worked as a Construction Supervision Engineer on the Izmit and Düzce Ereğli projects at Envy Inc. He joined Aksa Çukurova Natural Gas in 2009 and served as Mersin Construction and Operations Chief. While serving as Mersin Regional Manager at Aksa Çukurova Natural Gas from 2012 to 2020, he later worked as Hatay-Osmaniye Regional Manager. As of 2024, he continues to serve as Hatay Regional Manager.
