Aylin Över graduated in 2013 from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Economics, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, and began her career as an Assistant at Istanbul University. From 2013 to 2016, she worked as a Trainee Certified Public Accountant at SM Denetim Certified Public Accountant Office. In 2018, she completed her master's degree at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Labor Economics. She worked as Financial Affairs Specialist at Tatil Sepeti from 2016 to 2020 and as Certified Public Accountant at Özel Çekmeköy Medical Center from 2020 to 2022. She joined Aksa Natural Gas in 2022 as Financial Affairs Supervisor. As of January 2026, she continues to serve as Financial Affairs Manager at Koni Teknik.
