Büşra Çiğdem graduated in 2017 from Kocaeli University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, and completed her master's degree in Human Resources Management at Istanbul University. She began her professional career in 2018 as Recruitment Consultant at Happy Human Resources, then worked as Human Resources Specialist in the Recruitment department at Kiğılı. She joined Aksa Natural Gas in 2021 as Human Resources Specialist. She served as Human Resources Supervisor from 2024 to 2025, and as of January 2026 continues to serve as Human Resources Manager.
