Ela Demirtaş completed her undergraduate studies in 2011 at Uludağ University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. She later earned her master's degree in 2017 from Istanbul University, specializing in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management. She began her professional career in 2011 as an Assistant Human Resources Specialist in the textile division of Özak Global Holding. Within the same group, she was promoted to Human Resources Specialist in 2013 and later became a Human Resources Manager in 2018. In 2021, she joined Aksa Natural Gas Distribution Co. as a Human Resources Manager. Since March 2022, she has been serving as the Human Resources Director.
