Hanife Hülya Olğun graduated from Yıldız Technical University with degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration. She began her professional career between 2006 and 2011 at Koçak Petrol Ürünleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş., a company in the petroleum products sector, where she served as Product Development Specialist and later as Product Development Manager. Between 2011 and 2012, Olğun worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at the American-based packaging company GREIF FPS. From 2012 to 2014, she held the position of Quality Manager at SUNVISION Ambalaj San. ve Tic. A.Ş., operating in the same sector. Between 2014 and 2023, Olğun worked under Akkök Holding at Akenerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., where she held positions as Management Systems Specialist, Senior Management Systems Specialist, and Management Systems Manager. In 2023, she joined Aksa Doğalgaz as the Integrated Management Systems and Business Processes Manager.
