Commencement Date: 2013 Ufuk Sağlam graduated from Ankara Gazi University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. He began his professional career in 2004 at Aksaray Natural Gas Distribution Co. He then worked in various natural gas distribution companies across Kars, Sarıkamış, Ardahan, Konya, and Nevşehir, holding roles such as Construction Chief, Internal Installation Chief, Operations Chief, and Maintenance Chief. In 2010, he worked in Libya as a Mechanical Installation Chief in hospital construction projects. Between 2011 and 2013, he was involved in defense industry projects. In 2013, he joined Aksa Trakya Natural Gas Distribution Co., where he worked in construction and operations. In 2016, he moved to Aksa Natural Gas Distribution Co. General Directorate as a Mechanical Assembly Chief. Since early 2020, Ufuk Sağlam has been serving as the Mechanical Assembly Manager.
