Engin İnal completed his undergraduate studies at Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering. İnal began his professional career at Garanti Bankası and subsequently worked at Aria from 2001 to 2002, Ak Enerji from 2004 to 2014, and Ak-Kim Kimya from 2014 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, İnal served as CFO at Zülfikarlar Holding and Türkiye Petrolleri Dağıtım A.Ş., respectively. Joining Aksa Electricity Group in 2020, İnal continues his career as CFO of Aksa Doğalgaz as of 2026, in addition to his roles as Vice President of Financial Affairs (CFO) and Executive Committee Member of Aksa Electricity Group.
