A graduate of Selçuk University’s Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering, Seçkin Odabaşı completed his master’s degrees in Surveying Engineering at Konya Technical University and in Business Administration at FMV Işık University. In 2004, he joined Enerya Gaz Dağıtım A.Ş., entering the natural gas distribution sector, and successively served as Project Specialist, Project Supervisor, and Project Manager. In 2010, he joined Aksa Doğalgaz as Manager of Strategic Planning and Tariffs. Serving as Director of Distribution Tariffs and Planning from 2016 to 2024, Odabaşı was responsible for managing project design, planning, inventory management, investment processes, geographic information systems, tariff management, financial control, budget, and reporting functions. Odabaşı was appointed Vice President responsible for Planning and Investment Operations in 2024. As of 2026, his responsibilities were expanded, and he was appointed Vice President responsible for Planning, Investment, and Technical Operations. He is a member of the Aksa Doğalgaz Distribution Group Executive Committee and a Board Member at group companies, and also oversees the management of Aksa Kayseri Doğalgaz. From 2014 to 2026, he served as the Chairman of the Tariffs Commission of the Association of Natural Gas Distributors of Türkiye (GAZBİR). Since 2022, he has continued his industry-related work as a member of the Association’s Audit Committee. Holding an Angel Investor License, Odabaşı contributes to the development of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Türkiye.
