Graduating from Mustafa Kemal University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sertaç Uraz started his career in the natural gas distribution sector in 2004 as Project Design Chief at Kent Doğalgaz Engineering company. After founding his own company in 2006, Uraz joined the Aksa Doğalgaz Distribution Group in 2010. Uraz served as Company Manager of Aksa Malatya Doğalgaz from 2012 to 2019 and was appointed Çukurova Group Director at Aksa Doğalgaz in 2019. He became a member of the Aksa Doğalgaz Distribution Group Executive Committee in 2023 and was appointed Vice President of the 2nd Group in 2024. In his new role, Uraz is responsible for managing the natural gas distribution regions of Siirt, Batman, Şanlıurfa, Düzce, and Karadeniz Ereğli, in addition to the Adana, Mersin, Hatay, and Osmaniye regions
