Yücel Yazıcı completed his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and pursued a master’s degree in Energy at the same university. He began his professional career in 1990 as a Site Manager at İGDAŞ. He subsequently worked as Site Manager for the İzmit Natural Gas Distribution Project from 1996 to 2000, Budget and Planning Officer at Alsim Alarko A.Ş. from 2000 to 2002, and Investment Manager at İZGAZ A.Ş. from 2002 to 2004. Joining Aksa Natural Gas in 2004, Yücel Yazıcı served as Vice President responsible for Technical Operations. In 2026, he was appointed Vice President of Business Development and R&D, responsible for managing international investments. He continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.
