Alper Konyalı graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Energy. He started his professional career in 1986 at VM Engineering as a Worksite Manager. In 1989, he joined İGDAŞ (Istanbul Gas Distribution Company) as Construction Control Supervisor, later serving as Construction Control Manager and Advisor to the General Manager at the same company. At İGDAŞ, his work focused mainly on improving and reorganizing investment processes, preparing corporate strategic plans, and establishing the materials management system. In 2007, he joined Aksa Doğalgaz as General Manager. He chaired the GAZBİR Occupational Standard Designation Commissions under the Vocational Qualifications Authority. He currently serves as Vice President at Aksa Doğalgaz, Group General Manager of the 18 natural gas distribution companies that report to him, and as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

A graduate of Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Onur Dündar started his career in 2004 as a sales manager at Tuğra Proje, operating in the construction and architectural projects sector. Between 2005 and 2006, he served as head of the installation commission and in elevator inspection and licensing at the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers. From 2007 to 2012, he served as project manager and construction supervision manager for the Şanlıurfa natural gas transmission and distribution lines at Dekra Turkey. He joined Aksa Şanlıurfa Natural Gas Distribution Inc. as installation inspection chief in 2012 and became operations manager in 2018. In August 2022, he was appointed as Company Director of Aksa Elazığ Natural Gas Distribution Inc.

A graduate of Fırat University Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bilal Aydın began his career as Workshop Supervisor at Konya Aksaray Holding's automotive spare parts production plant. Completing his reserve officer service as heating centers lead at Ankara/Mamak MEBS School, Aydın subsequently worked as Project Manager on heating–cooling mechanical installation and natural gas conversion projects at Istanbul KMK Mekanik Ltd. Şti. After serving as Site Engineer on the Istanbul Topkapı Merkez Evleri project under Kiptaş supervision, Aydın served from 2008 as Installation Control Supervisor and Quality Management System Lead and Construction Operations Supervisor at Aksa Elazığ Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş., and earned the Class A Occupational Health and Safety Specialist title in 2014. Completing his graduate studies in 2015 with a thesis on "Investigation of Elazığ Province Natural Gas Consumption Profile" in the Mechanical Engineering Division of the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Aydın has continued as Operations Manager as of 2020.

A graduate of Anadolu University's Department of Business Administration, Müftah Atak began his career in 1993 as Accounting Supervisor at Arçelik Pazarlama, a Koç Holding company, in Elazığ, and subsequently continued as Finance and Administrative Affairs Manager at Koç Ata Besi ve Tarım Ürünleri A.Ş., a Koç Holding company, in Şanlıurfa between 1998 and 2006. Working as Finance Manager at Polat Orman Ürünleri A.Ş. in Elazığ between 2007 and 2009, Atak has continued as Finance Manager at Aksa Elazığ Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. as of 2009.
