Alper Konyalı graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Energy. He started his professional career in 1986 at VM Engineering as a Worksite Manager. In 1989, he joined İGDAŞ (Istanbul Gas Distribution Company) as Construction Control Supervisor, later serving as Construction Control Manager and Advisor to the General Manager at the same company. At İGDAŞ, his work focused mainly on improving and reorganizing investment processes, preparing corporate strategic plans, and establishing the materials management system. In 2007, he joined Aksa Doğalgaz as General Manager. He chaired the GAZBİR Occupational Standard Designation Commissions under the Vocational Qualifications Authority. He currently serves as Vice President at Aksa Doğalgaz, Group General Manager of the 18 natural gas distribution companies that report to him, and as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

A graduate of Istanbul Technical University, Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering, Serdar Delibalta worked for three years as a Responsible Engineer in the 1st Part Consolidation project affiliated with the GAP project from 1994 to 1997. After working as a Project Chief in various projects, he joined Aksa Bandırma Natural Gas Distribution Inc. as GIS Chief in 2004. After three years in this role, he served as Deputy Manager at Aksa Mustafakemalpaşa Karacabey Susurluk Natural Gas Distribution Inc. in 2007 and was appointed as Regional Manager in the same region in 2008. In addition to his current role, he was appointed as Regional Manager at Aksa Bandırma Natural Gas Distribution Inc. in 2012, and has been serving as Company Director Responsible for Bandırma-Ovagaz-Gemlik Regions as of 2019.

A graduate of Yıldız Technical University's Department of Civil Engineering, Salim Çekici worked as Control Engineer on the Transfer Centers Project on behalf of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality BİMTAŞ A.Ş. and on the Kadıköy–Bostancı Road (Minibus Road) Project Design and Arrangement Construction work under Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality UKOME–AYKOME coordination in 2003. Subsequently, in 2004, he served as NDT Specialist and Control Engineer at ENVY Enerji ve Çevre Yatırımları A.Ş. on non-destructive testing of steel lines and on consultancy, control, testing, and commissioning of steel–polyethylene lines. Beginning work at Aksa Trakya Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. in 2005, Çekici served as Operations Supervisor on the Çatalca–Hadımköy–Muratbey natural gas distribution project. Assuming the role of Aksa Van Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. Company Manager in 2013, Salim Çekici held this position for five years and was appointed Company Manager of Aksa Gemlik Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. from 2018 onward. As of 2019, Çekici continues as Gemlik Operations Manager.

A graduate of Kütahya Dumlupınar University's Computer Department and Anadolu University's Department of Business Administration, İshak Yurdakul began his career in 2005 as IT Lead at Aksa Gemlik Doğalgaz. Between 2008 and 2020, Yurdakul successively served as Customer Services Supervisor and Measurement and Billing Supervisor. Serving as Measurement and Billing Supervisor at Aksa Gemlik Doğalgaz, Aksa Bandırma Doğalgaz, and Aksa Mustafakemalpaşa Susurluk Karacabey Doğalgaz in 2020, Yurdakul has continued as Customer Services Manager of the three companies since 2023.

Following his graduation from Uludağ University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration, Mehmet Ali Rumeli completed his master's degree in business administration at the Institute of Social Sciences. Beginning his professional career in 2011 as Accounting Specialist at a CPA office, Rumeli subsequently worked for four years as Accounting Specialist at Saydam Tekstil A.Ş., one year as Accounting Specialist at Bursagaz, three years as Budget and Reporting Specialist, two years as Budget and Reporting Lead at SOCAR–ENERVİS A.Ş., and one year as Finance Manager at BEBETTO A.Ş. Working as a Certified Public Accountant under TÜRMOB since 2016, Rumeli joined Aksa Gemlik Doğalgaz as Finance Manager in 2021.
