Alper Konyalı graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Energy. He started his professional career in 1986 at VM Engineering as a Worksite Manager. In 1989, he joined İGDAŞ (Istanbul Gas Distribution Company) as Construction Control Supervisor, later serving as Construction Control Manager and Advisor to the General Manager at the same company. At İGDAŞ, his work focused mainly on improving and reorganizing investment processes, preparing corporate strategic plans, and establishing the materials management system. In 2007, he joined Aksa Doğalgaz as General Manager. He chaired the GAZBİR Occupational Standard Designation Commissions under the Vocational Qualifications Authority. He currently serves as Vice President at Aksa Doğalgaz, Group General Manager of the 18 natural gas distribution companies that report to him, and as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

A graduate of Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Department of Aeronautical Engineering, İbrahim Başaran worked as a Project Manager in heating, cooling, mechanical installation and natural gas conversion projects in the private sector from 1995 to 2006. Since 2006, he has held various positions as Chief and Deputy Manager in different units of Aksa Natural Gas group companies, and has been serving as Company Director at Aksa Manisa Natural Gas Distribution Inc. since October 2009.

A graduate of Near East University in Mechanical Engineering, Yasin Korkmaz began his professional career in 2007 as Project and Manufacturing Engineer at Ankara Artek Makine ve Sanayi Ltd. Şti. As of 2010, after successively serving as Internal Installation Engineer, Operations Engineer, and Construction-Operations Supervisor at Aksa Van Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş., Korkmaz served as Construction Supervisor and subsequently Construction-Operations Supervisor at Aksa Manisa Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. as of 2013. As of 2018, Korkmaz continues as Operations Manager at Aksa Manisa Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş.

A graduate of Fırat University Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Cihan Karabacak worked as Installation Control Engineer at Aksa Elazığ Doğalgaz between 2010 and 2015. Joining Aksa Manisa Doğalgaz in 2015, Karabacak successively held the positions of Operations Engineer, Operations Supervisor, and Branch Supervisor. As of 2024, Karabacak continues as Operations Manager at Aksa Manisa Doğalgaz.

A graduate of Dokuz Eylül University's Department of Mining Engineering, Caner Özer began his professional career in 2010 as Quality and Management Representative at Aksa Manisa Doğalgaz. Serving as Branch Supervisor between 2015 and 2023, Özer has continued as Customer Services Manager at Aksa Manisa Doğalgaz as of 2023.

A graduate of Celal Bayar University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Finance, Efkan Şimşek began his professional career in 2007 as an Accounting Officer at a CPA office. Serving in Accounting Supervisor and Accounting Manager positions across various sectors, Şimşek joined Aksa Ordu Giresun Doğalgaz as Accounting Manager in 2021. As of 2025, Şimşek continues as Acting Finance Manager at Aksa Manisa Doğalgaz.
