Alper Konyalı graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Energy. He started his professional career in 1986 at VM Engineering as a Worksite Manager. In 1989, he joined İGDAŞ (Istanbul Gas Distribution Company) as Construction Control Supervisor, later serving as Construction Control Manager and Advisor to the General Manager at the same company. At İGDAŞ, his work focused mainly on improving and reorganizing investment processes, preparing corporate strategic plans, and establishing the materials management system. In 2007, he joined Aksa Doğalgaz as General Manager. He chaired the GAZBİR Occupational Standard Designation Commissions under the Vocational Qualifications Authority. He currently serves as Vice President at Aksa Doğalgaz, Group General Manager of the 18 natural gas distribution companies that report to him, and as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

A graduate of Fırat University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Mustafa Karabacak worked on Quality Control at the Tuzla Jeep Factory during his military service as a reserve officer. He then worked as a Field Engineer and Site Supervisor in the construction of various industrial facilities at Atilla Doğan Inc., as Technical Manager at MVM Construction, and as Site Supervisor in the construction of industrial facilities and pipelines at Çolakoğlu Construction. He started working as Regional Manager at Aksa Natural Gas Distribution Inc. in 2004 and is currently serving as Company Director at Aksa Tokat Amasya Natural Gas Distribution Inc.

A graduate of Atatürk University's Department of Mechanical Engineering, Burak Hemdoğru began working as a Project and Control Engineer at Uhud İnş. Malz. Tic. Ltd. Şti., which operates in the natural gas sector, between 2005 and 2007. Starting as Installation Control Engineer at Aksa Malatya Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. in 2007, Hemdoğru worked as Installation Control Supervisor at Aksa Tokat–Amasya Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. from 2008 onward. As of 2018, Hemdoğru continues as Tokat Operations Manager.

A graduate of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University's Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering, Yusuf Cenik joined Aksa Tokat Amasya Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. as a Surveying Engineer in 2009. After serving as Surveying Engineer for two years, Cenik served as Survey and Project Supervisor between 2011 and 2020 and has continued as Operations Manager at Aksa Tokat Amasya Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. since 2020.

A graduate of Anadolu University Faculty of Business, Department of Accounting, Hamza Çetin began working in the accounting department of Yozgat-based Yimpaş Holding. After serving as Accounting Manager for 15 years at group companies operating in food, apparel, fuel, and construction materials, Çetin began working as Accounting Officer at Aksa Tokat Amasya Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. in 2007. Çetin continues as Finance Manager at Aksa Tokat Amasya Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş.
