Yücel Yazıcı completed his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and went on to pursue a master’s degree in Energy at the same university. He began his professional career in 1990 as a Site Manager at İGDAŞ. He then served as Site Manager for the İzmit Natural Gas Distribution Project between 1996 and 2000, Budget and Planning Officer at Alsim Alarko A.Ş. between 2000 and 2002, and Investment Manager at İZGAZ A.Ş. between 2002 and 2004. Joining Aksa Natural Gas in 2004, Yücel Yazıcı assumed the position of Vice President responsible for Technical Operations. In 2026, he was appointed Vice President of Business Development and R&D, responsible for managing international investments. He continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.
