Alper Konyalı graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Energy. He started his professional career in 1986 at VM Engineering as a Worksite Manager. In 1989, he joined İGDAŞ (Istanbul Gas Distribution Company) as Construction Control Supervisor, later serving as Construction Control Manager and Advisor to the General Manager at the same company. At İGDAŞ, his work focused mainly on improving and reorganizing investment processes, preparing corporate strategic plans, and establishing the materials management system. In 2007, he joined Aksa Doğalgaz as General Manager. He chaired the GAZBİR Occupational Standard Designation Commissions under the Vocational Qualifications Authority. He currently serves as Vice President at Aksa Doğalgaz, Group General Manager of the 18 natural gas distribution companies that report to him, and as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

A graduate of Istanbul Technical University, Department of Surveying Engineering, Ferhat Öztürk worked as a Surveying Engineer in the Adapazarı natural gas project from 1997 to 1999, as Chief Surveyor in road infrastructure and superstructure projects in Iraq from 2000 to 2002, and as Chief Surveyor in the Amman drinking water project in Jordan from 2002 to 2003. He has been serving as Company Director at Aksa Balıkesir Natural Gas Distribution Inc. since 2004.

A graduate of Balıkesir University's Department of Mechanical Engineering, Levent Üstüner served as Project Engineer and Site Supervisor at Intersistem Isıtma Soğutma ve Havalandırma Sistemleri Ltd. Şti. between 2004 and 2005. Beginning as Internal Installation Project Approval Engineer at Aksa Balıkesir Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. in 2005, Üstüner successively served in the Quality and Reporting Unit, as Operations Supervisor, and as Construction Operations Supervisor. Appointed Company Manager at Aksa Gemlik Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. in May 2015, Üstüner continues his role as Operations Manager at Aksa Balıkesir Doğalgaz.

A graduate of Hacettepe University's Department of Physics Engineering, Serap Erdinç began her professional career in 2004 as Customer Services Staff at Aksa Balıkesir Doğalgaz. Subsequently serving as Customer Services Supervisor, Quality and Reporting Unit Supervisor, and Operations Supervisor, Erdinç has served as Operations Manager at Aksa Balıkesir Doğalgaz since 2021.

A graduate of Karadeniz Technical University's Department of Surveying Engineering, Koray Tanrıseven served as Surveying Engineer on the Ankara–Çankırı Energy Transmission Line Expropriation Project between 2014 and 2015, as Survey Supervisor on the Konya–Karaman Road Infrastructure–Superstructure Project and similar work areas between 2015 and 2016, and as Survey Supervisor on the Ankara–Niğde Road Infrastructure–Superstructure Project and similar work between 2016 and 2017. Beginning as Surveying Engineer at Aksa Balıkesir Doğalgaz in 2017, Tanrıseven served as Branch Supervisor and has served as Technical Office Manager at Aksa Balıkesir Doğalgaz since 2024.

After graduating from Anadolu University's Department of Business Administration, Bahadır Akçalı began as Billing Officer at Aksa Balıkesir Doğalgaz in 2008 and successively took on the roles of System Support Lead and Measurement and Billing Supervisor. Akçalı has been Customer Services Manager of Aksa Balıkesir Doğalgaz since 2023.

A graduate of Anadolu University Faculty of Business, Hayri Manavoğlu began his career in the tourism sector in 1997. After serving as Accounting Manager at hotel enterprises between 2000 and 2004, Manavoğlu joined Aksa Balıkesir Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. in 2004; obtaining his Certified Public Accountant credential in 2012 and his Independent Auditor Certificate from the Public Oversight Authority (KGK) in 2015, he continues as Finance Manager.
