Alper Konyalı graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Energy. He started his professional career in 1986 at VM Engineering as a Worksite Manager. In 1989, he joined İGDAŞ (Istanbul Gas Distribution Company) as Construction Control Supervisor, later serving as Construction Control Manager and Advisor to the General Manager at the same company. At İGDAŞ, his work focused mainly on improving and reorganizing investment processes, preparing corporate strategic plans, and establishing the materials management system. In 2007, he joined Aksa Doğalgaz as General Manager. He chaired the GAZBİR Occupational Standard Designation Commissions under the Vocational Qualifications Authority. He currently serves as Vice President at Aksa Doğalgaz, Group General Manager of the 18 natural gas distribution companies that report to him, and as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

A graduate of Osmangazi University in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Arzu Ünal worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Welding Technology at Ankara University Vocational School in 2002. Ünal completed her master's degree in the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at Osmangazi University in 2004. She worked as a sales engineer between 2004 and 2006. After successively serving as Integrated Management Systems Specialist, Customer Services and Measurement and Billing Supervisor, Bilecik Operations Manager, and Operations Systems Manager at Aksa Bilecik Bolu Doğalgaz between 2006 and 2025, Ünal has continued as Company Manager as of 2026.

A graduate of Balıkesir University Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Mehmet Üyük began his professional career between 2006 and 2008 working at Ak İnşaat Tic. Ltd. Şti., the contractor firm for the Bilecik Natural Gas Distribution Project. Serving as Internal Installation Engineer on natural gas and heating installation contracting at Üstün İnşaat Internal Installation Firm between 2008 and 2010, Üyük subsequently began working at Aksa Bilecik–Bolu Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. in 2010. After successively serving as Internal Installation Engineer, Operations Engineer, and Operations Supervisor, he has continued as Operations Manager since February 2023.

A graduate of Fırat University's Department of Mechanical Engineering, Levent Demirel began his professional career in 2005 as Production Supervisor at Tuncay Kontrplak. Working as Maintenance Supervisor at Zorlu Holding's Korteks Factory between 2008 and 2015 and as Production Manager at Tuncay Kontrplak between 2015 and 2018, Demirel subsequently joined Aksa Bilecik–Bolu Doğalgaz in 2018. After successively serving as Operations Engineer and Operations Supervisor, Demirel was appointed Bolu Operations Manager in 2025.

Graduating from Bartın University's Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering in 2017, Emre Öztürk began his career in 2017 as Quality Assurance Engineer at Akgün Seramik. Serving as Shift Engineer at Bien Seramik in 2019–2020, Öztürk joined Aksa Bilecik Bolu Doğalgaz as Operations Engineer in 2020. Appointed Measurement and Billing Supervisor in 2023, Öztürk has continued as Operations Systems Manager as of January 2026.

Graduating from Anadolu University's undergraduate program in Public Finance in 2002, İlhan Mahir successively worked as Accounting Staff at SMMM Abdullah Bozok's office in 1999–2003, as Accounting Staff at Eldem A.Ş. in 2004–2006, as Finance Supervisor at Güçlü Ahşap Ürünleri A.Ş. in 2007–2010, and as Finance Manager at Osmangazi Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş. between 2010 and 2023; as of 2023, Mahir continues as Finance Manager at Aksa Bilecik Bolu Doğalgaz.
