Alper Konyalı graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Energy. He started his professional career in 1986 at VM Engineering as a Worksite Manager. In 1989, he joined İGDAŞ (Istanbul Gas Distribution Company) as Construction Control Supervisor, later serving as Construction Control Manager and Advisor to the General Manager at the same company. At İGDAŞ, his work focused mainly on improving and reorganizing investment processes, preparing corporate strategic plans, and establishing the materials management system. In 2007, he joined Aksa Doğalgaz as General Manager. He chaired the GAZBİR Occupational Standard Designation Commissions under the Vocational Qualifications Authority. He currently serves as Vice President at Aksa Doğalgaz, Group General Manager of the 18 natural gas distribution companies that report to him, and as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

A graduate of Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Geophysical Engineering and Anadolu University, Department of Management and Information Systems, Rıfat Tolga Kıran is pursuing his master's degree in the Department of Geophysical Engineering at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University with a thesis titled “Obtaining VS30 in Multi-Channel Analysis of Surface Waves and Encountered Problems”. He started his career as a freelance geophysical engineer from 2010 to 2013, conducting ground surveys and reporting, and from 2013 to 2014, he worked as a Mudlogger in oil and natural gas drilling at Geolog International B.V. From 2015 to 2018, he worked as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist in various projects. He joined Aksa Çanakkale Natural Gas in 2018 and served as Tariff and Reporting Specialist, Customer Services Manager, and Operations Systems Manager, respectively. As of 2025, he continues to serve as Company Director.

Çağdaş Girginol graduated from Balıkesir University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. He started his professional career as a Field Engineer at İzmir Star Refinery between 2015 and 2016. Between 2016 and 2018, he worked as a Field Engineer and Worksite Manager on the TÜMAD gold mine processing plant construction project in Lapseki, Çanakkale. In 2018, he joined Aksa Balıkesir Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. as an Installation Control Engineer and successively served as Operations Engineer and Operations Chief. As of 2025, he continues as Operations Manager at Aksa Çanakkale Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş.

Melih Arslan graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Political Science and Public Administration. He started his professional career in 2013 at Aksa Çanakkale Doğalgaz as a Measurement Services Officer. He subsequently worked as a Customer Services Officer, Corporate Customer Services Specialist and Customer Services Chief. He also took an active role in Aksa Doğalgaz's digitalization and transformation processes, and as of 2025 continues as Customer Services Manager.

Turan Çalıker graduated from Anadolu University, Kütahya Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. He started his career in 1996 as Accounting Staff at Kale Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Between 1997 and 2003, he served at Akçansa Taşımacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. successively as Accounting Staff, Accounting Specialist and Chief of Financial and Administrative Affairs. Between 2003 and 2006, he worked as Operations Manager at Ekşi Kardeşler Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Between 2006 and 2013, he served as Accounting Manager at Aksa Bilecik Bolu Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş., and since 2013 he has been serving as Finance Manager at Aksa Çanakkale Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş.
