A graduate of Mustafa Kemal University's Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sertaç Uraz began his career in the natural gas distribution sector in 2004 as Project Design Supervisor at Kent Doğalgaz Mühendislik. Having founded his own company in 2006, Uraz joined Aksa Doğalgaz Distribution Group in 2010. Serving as Aksa Malatya Doğalgaz Company Manager between 2012 and 2019 and appointed Aksa Doğalgaz Çukurova Group Director as of 2019, Uraz has been an Aksa Doğalgaz Distribution Group Executive Board Member since 2023 and was appointed Vice President of Group 2 as of 2024. In his new role, Uraz assumes management of the Siirt, Batman, Şanlıurfa, Düzce, and Karadeniz Ereğli natural gas distribution regions in addition to the Adana, Mersin, Hatay, and Osmaniye regions.

A graduate of Selçuk University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Evren Tepelioğlu began his career in 2005 as an indoor installation engineer at Uşak Natural Gas Distribution Inc. From 2007 to 2008, he worked as a Bolu Construction and Operations Engineer at Aksa Bilecik Bolu Natural Gas, and from 2009 onwards as Bolu Operations Manager. While continuing as Operations Manager of Aksa Bilecik Bolu Natural Gas as of 2022, he was appointed as Company Director of Aksa Düzce Ereğli Natural Gas in 2025.

Having completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering at Karadeniz Technical University, Hakan Uzun began his career in 2001 at Trabzon Global Mühendislik. Uzun joined Aksa Düzce Ereğli Doğalgaz as Survey–GIS Supervisor in 2005 and became Düzce Operations Manager in 2021. As of 2026, Uzun continues as Senior Operations Manager.

A graduate of Anadolu University Faculty of Business, Tamer Çakmak began his career in 2004 with a private firm providing Certified Public Accounting and financial advisory services in Düzce. Continuing as Accounting Specialist in the automotive sector in Düzce in 2005–2006, Çakmak worked in Accounting Supervision and Personnel Management at Evrensel Mali Müşavirlik between 2007 and 2011. Beginning as Finance Accounting Lead at Aksa Düzce Ereğli Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. in 2011, Çakmak continues as Finance Manager.
