Alper Konyalı graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Energy. He started his professional career in 1986 at VM Engineering as a Worksite Manager. In 1989, he joined İGDAŞ (Istanbul Gas Distribution Company) as Construction Control Supervisor, later serving as Construction Control Manager and Advisor to the General Manager at the same company. At İGDAŞ, his work focused mainly on improving and reorganizing investment processes, preparing corporate strategic plans, and establishing the materials management system. In 2007, he joined Aksa Doğalgaz as General Manager. He chaired the GAZBİR Occupational Standard Designation Commissions under the Vocational Qualifications Authority. He currently serves as Vice President at Aksa Doğalgaz, Group General Manager of the 18 natural gas distribution companies that report to him, and as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

A graduate of Yıldız Technical University, Department of Electrical Engineering, Güngör Ateş started his professional career in 1990 as Factory Manager at İlkel Pano. He worked at İGDAŞ as Field Chief, Contract and Final Account Supervisor, and Field Chief, respectively. In 2004, he joined Aksa Bandırma Natural Gas Distribution Inc. as Regional Manager, and while holding this position, he also served as Acting Regional Manager at Aksa Balıkesir Natural Gas Distribution Inc. from 2005 to 2006, and as Regional Manager at Aksa Mustafakemalpaşa, Susurluk, Karacabey Natural Gas Distribution Inc. from 2006 to 2008. He started working as Regional Manager at Aksa Çukurova Natural Gas Distribution Inc. in 2008, and while in this role, he also worked as Acting Regional Manager at Aksa Bilecik Bolu Natural Gas Distribution Inc. from 2008 to 2009, and served as Regional Manager at Aksa Çukurova Natural Gas Distribution Inc. from 2008 to 2019. As of 2019, he has been working as Company Director of Aksa Malatya Natural Gas Distribution Inc.

A graduate of Sivas Cumhuriyet University's Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Methods Division, Muhittin Hasan Tural began his professional career in 2005 as Manufacturing Methods Steel Construction Manufacturing Engineer at Tansu Makine. Tural served as Project and Control Engineer at Konya Ereğli Öztuna Doğalgaz Mühendislik between 2007 and 2010. Serving as Installation Control Engineer at Aksa Çukurova Doğalgaz Adana Regional Directorate in 2010 and as Operations Supervisor between 2014 and 2020, Tural has continued as Operations Manager at Aksa Malatya Doğalgaz since 2003.

A graduate of Afyon Kocatepe University's Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering, Olgu Gür began his professional career in 2011 as a Surveying Engineer at Aksa Malatya Doğalgaz. Serving as Investment Unit Lead in 2015 and as Investment Supervisor between 2018 and 2023, Gür has continued as Technical Office Manager as of 2024.

A graduate of İnönü University's Department of Mechanical Engineering, Ertuğrul Kurmuş is continuing his master's studies in Energy Systems at the same university's Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences. Between 2018 and 2019, Kurmuş served as Air Separation Plant Lead and Cryogenic Storage Tank Planning and Production Supervisor at Oknal Sınai Tıbbi Gazlar San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Joining Aksa Malatya Doğalgaz in 2019 and successively serving as Operations Engineer and Operations Supervisor, Kurmuş has continued as Operations Systems Manager as of 2024.

A graduate of Anadolu University Faculty of Business, Yusuf Şişman began his professional career in 2011 as Accounting Lead at a Certified Public Accountant's office. Serving as Independent Audit and VAT Refund Specialist at a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant firm in 2016, Şişman earned the CPA (SMMM) title at that firm. As of 2023, Şişman continues as Finance Manager at Aksa Malatya Doğalgaz.
