Alper Konyalı graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Energy. He started his professional career in 1986 at VM Engineering as a Worksite Manager. In 1989, he joined İGDAŞ (Istanbul Gas Distribution Company) as Construction Control Supervisor, later serving as Construction Control Manager and Advisor to the General Manager at the same company. At İGDAŞ, his work focused mainly on improving and reorganizing investment processes, preparing corporate strategic plans, and establishing the materials management system. In 2007, he joined Aksa Doğalgaz as General Manager. He chaired the GAZBİR Occupational Standard Designation Commissions under the Vocational Qualifications Authority. He currently serves as Vice President at Aksa Doğalgaz, Group General Manager of the 18 natural gas distribution companies that report to him, and as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

A graduate of Atatürk University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Doğan Gürler started his professional career in 2004 as a Supervising Engineer at Energy and Environment Investments Inc. (ENVY). He served as a Field Engineer in the company's Izmir, Manisa, and Aksaray Natural Gas City Distribution Feasibility projects, as an NDT Specialist in the Izmit Urban Restructuring TERRA-1 project, and as a Supervising Engineer and NDT Specialist in the Çatalca-Sivas-Düzce Natural Gas City Distribution projects. In 2007, he joined Aksa Afyon Natural Gas Distribution Inc. as Construction and Operations Chief. After serving as Construction and Operations Chief and Deputy Regional Manager at Aksa Ordu Giresun Natural Gas Distribution Inc. since 2008, he was appointed as Company Director in 2013.

A graduate of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University's Department of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, Barışcan Şener began his professional career in 2011 as Drilling Rig Engineer at ARAR Petrol ve Gaz Arama A.Ş. After working on oil and natural gas well drilling and well completion services in the Central Anatolia, Southeastern Anatolia, and Mediterranean regions between 2011 and 2014, Barışcan Şener joined Aksa Ordu Giresun Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. as Fatsa Construction-Operations Engineer in 2014 and served as Fatsa Branch Supervisor between 2018 and 2023. As of 2023, he continues as Ordu Operations Manager.

A graduate of Selçuk University's Department of Surveying Engineering, Hakkı Kahya began his professional career in 2004 as a Field Engineer at ŞAH-KAR. After taking part in facility cadastral surveys for three settlements, he served as Survey and Project Supervisor at UDAŞ – Uşak Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. in 2005. From 2007 onward, after serving as Regional Survey Supervisor and Branch Supervisor at Aksa Ordu Giresun Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş., he was appointed Giresun Operations Manager in 2016.

A graduate of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University's Department of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, Özgür Cihan Gül completed his internships at SOCAR Azerbaijan and began his professional career in 2012 as Çarşamba Construction-Operations Engineer at Aksa Ordu Giresun Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. Serving as Çarşamba Branch Supervisor between 2016 and 2023, Özgür Cihan Gül has continued as Samsun Operations Manager as of 2023.

A graduate of Zonguldak Karaelmas University's Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering, İlker Akman began his professional career in 2006 as a Surveying Engineer on the İzmir Natural Gas Distribution Project at Prokon Mühendislik ve Müşavirlik A.Ş. In addition to producing implementation and as-built drawings for the İzmir Natural Gas Distribution Project, he also served as Field Control Engineer. Serving as Survey Supervisor on the Ağrı/Doğubayazıt–Iğdır Natural Gas Transmission Line Construction and Installation project at Ek-İş İnşaat San. ve Tic. A.Ş. in 2009, and as Project Supervisor on the 6 km dual carriageway construction between Konya and Beyşehir at Eksel İnşaat San. ve Tic. A.Ş. in 2010, İlker Akman successively served as Surveying Engineer, Regional Survey Supervisor, Survey and Project Supervisor, and Acting Ordu Operations Manager at Aksa Ordu Giresun Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. from 2011 onward, and was appointed Technical Office Manager in 2023.

A graduate of Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Esen Ali Bakova began his professional career in 2004 as an Accounting Specialist at KIRCA MÜHENDİSLİK A.Ş., which operates in the manufacturing, services, and tourism sectors. Passing the Certified Public Accountant examination in 2009 and beginning work as Accounting Manager at the same firm, Bakova took up the position of Finance Manager at Aksa Ordu Giresun Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. in 2014. In addition to directing and managing financial affairs, supporting budget planning and reporting processes, and serving as a key user on ERP projects, Bakova continues to serve as a member of the Internship Commission at the Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (OSMMM).

Having completed her undergraduate studies in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Atatürk University, Neslihan Sivrikaya completed her master's degree in the Industrial Engineering Division at Karadeniz Technical University in 2017 and her doctoral studies in the Business Administration Division at Giresun University. Beginning her professional career as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, Sivrikaya joined Aksa Ordu Giresun Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. in 2018. Within the organization, she successively held the positions of Tariff Reporting Specialist and Customer Operations Manager. As of 2025, she continues as Customer Services Manager.
