Alper Konyalı graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Energy. He started his professional career in 1986 at VM Engineering as a Worksite Manager. In 1989, he joined İGDAŞ (Istanbul Gas Distribution Company) as Construction Control Supervisor, later serving as Construction Control Manager and Advisor to the General Manager at the same company. At İGDAŞ, his work focused mainly on improving and reorganizing investment processes, preparing corporate strategic plans, and establishing the materials management system. In 2007, he joined Aksa Doğalgaz as General Manager. He chaired the GAZBİR Occupational Standard Designation Commissions under the Vocational Qualifications Authority. He currently serves as Vice President at Aksa Doğalgaz, Group General Manager of the 18 natural gas distribution companies that report to him, and as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

A graduate of Gazi University, Department of Computer Programming and Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, Müsayip Akyüz started his career in 2005 as an IT supervisor at Aksa Düzce Ereğli Natural Gas Distribution Inc. He served as customer services chief at Aksa Malatya Natural Gas Distribution Inc. from 2008 to 2019, and became operations manager of Aksa Ağrı Natural Gas Distribution Inc. in 2019. After serving as operations manager at Aksa Van Natural Gas since October 2021, he was appointed as Company Director as of August.

A graduate of Dumlupınar University in Civil Engineering and Yüzüncü Yıl University in Agricultural Engineering, Kenan Avcı is continuing his thesis studies under the Biosystem Engineering division at Yüzüncü Yıl University at the master's level in the field of biogas/renewable energy systems. From 2009 onward, he has taken part in various projects in the private sector as superstructure, contracting, consultancy, and expert roles. At Aksa Van Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. from 2015, he successively served as Integrated Management Systems Specialist, Operations Engineer, Erciş Branch Supervisor, and most recently Operations Supervisor. As of 2024, he continues as Operations Manager at Aksa Van Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş.

A graduate of Harran University's Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sinan Polat began his professional career in 2012 as Field Control Engineer at Prota Mühendislik ve Müşavirlik. He served as Project Coordinator at Dem Mühendislik in 2014, as Elevator Project Coordinator at Elco Elevatör in 2015, and as Site Supervisor responsible for natural gas infrastructure works at HİTAŞ İnşaat in 2016. Beginning as Investment Engineer at Aksa Van Doğalgaz in 2017, Polat served as Investment Supervisor between 2019 and 2023. As of 2024, Polat continues as Technical Office Manager.

A graduate of Selçuk University in Surveying Engineering, Ahmet Karakuş began his active career in 2012. Working on the Köseler–Patnos transmission line at Direnç İnşaat in 2012, Karakuş worked at Tekay İnşaat ve San. Tic. in 2014. During this period, he took on roles in various engineering areas such as expropriation, subdivision–consolidation, road dedication–road creation, and Article 18 applications. In 2015, he served as survey supervisor on the Burdur–Bucak state hospital construction site built by Azimoğlu Grup. Beginning work as Surveying Engineer at Aksa Van Doğalgaz Dağıtım A.Ş. in 2016 and becoming Survey and Project Supervisor in 2020, Karakuş has continued as Operations Systems Manager as of 2025.

A graduate of Anadolu University Faculty of Business, Murat Baş began his professional career as Accounting Lead at Şengüller A.Ş. Continuing as Accounting Specialist within Medicalpark Hospitals Group between 2007 and 2008, Baş began as Accounting Specialist at Aksa Van Doğalgaz in 2008 and subsequently continued his role at Aksa Çukurova Doğalgaz. Serving as Aksa Ağrı Doğalgaz Finance Manager in 2018, Baş has continued as Finance Manager at Aksa Van Doğalgaz as of 2025.
